Awareness creates choice, and choice creates change.

  • After years of leadership in the corporate world and achieving many of my professional and personal goals, I felt a strong pull toward what had always been my true passion- understanding people and the relationships that shape our lives. I’ve long been curious about what creates a sense of balance, and I’ve come to believe that meaningful, healthy relationships are at the core of that foundation.

This curiosity led me to pursue a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, where I deepened my understanding of how our experiences, relationships, and environments influence who we are. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families navigating a wide range of life stressors, emotional challenges, and relational dynamics.

As a multidimensional person myself, I value the complexity each person brings into the therapy space. I enjoy helping clients explore the different parts of themselves and their relationships, gain clarity, and work toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

  • I believe that our relationships, both with others and with ourselves, are at the core of how we experience life. They shape our sense of accomplishment, success, peace, and joy. When these relationships feel out of balance, even the most outwardly successful life can feel unfulfilling.

I work with individuals who are pursuing or have achieved “all the right things” but still find themselves feeling stuck, disconnected, or not as fulfilled as they expected. Many of my clients are high achievers who are doing everything they’re supposed to, yet carry a constant sense of pressure, stress, or the feeling that it’s never quite enough.

I support people who want to build a stronger, more meaningful relationship with themselves and with those around them- whether that’s a partner, children, family members, or colleagues. Together, we explore patterns, deepen understanding, and work toward creating more balance, connection, and satisfaction in everyday life.

  • I view you as the leader of your own life, which is why my approach is always collaborative. Therapy is not about being told what to do- it’s about working together to better understand your internal world and create meaningful change.

My goal is to help you bring your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors into alignment. Through intentional interventions, I support you in developing the ability to observe your own patterns with greater clarity and awareness. As you strengthen this “observer” perspective, you begin to gain more control- reducing unwanted thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while intentionally building the ones that serve you.

I also believe that insight is a powerful driver of change. Together, we’ll explore your experiences more deeply so you can better understand yourself and the dynamics shaping your life. You are the expert of your own thoughts and feelings, and my role is to help you see them through a clearer, more expanded lens so that lasting change becomes possible.
